4. He is right, they did not get more specific

It was great! Watching him squirm because he has no clue, hoping so badly that the person asking him would give him a hint or something. He is not used to it. When he is sitting the the same tutor that helped Palin get ready for the debates, the tutor will give him clues, but none here. Sure, in the tutoring sessions, if the name "Libya" does not come to mind for him, the tutor probably says something like "Come on Herman, yuou got this... Think....Rhymes with Numibia" then Cain can just say "Right, Libya!" But not here.

The difference between that interview and Cain's tutoring sessions is that the person interviewing him is an expert at foreign policy, most likely, and is also probably horrified by such a high level of ignorance from the person who is potentially the next president. Cain's tutor is already used the ignorance and is paid by the Republican party.
