who is "Anthony"?

2. One of the 292 arrested and subsequently cruelly abused in the raid upon #O Los Angeles.

He was arrested again, violently, ridiculously, during that day's march against the police abuse in the raid. Protesters are at the detention center where the newly arrested are held.

He had been told to stay on the sidewalk, but the crowd was far too dense for his bicycle.

I apologize for the lack of context! IIRC this is the last post I made before falling asleep. I'm totally burned. I actually fell to the ground yesterday, not having the strength and presence of mind to avoid such a pratfall. I'm over-extended and it's showing. Sorry.
