14. I listened to this jagoff on the WTF podcast. Basically, his parents were dicks to him.

He went out did some shitty jobs for a while. He got lucky because someone thought he was funny. So everyone who claims they can't get a job is full of shit. Because he did it... once.

I don't know if raising the top income tax rate will help the problem.
