Seriously ( though it IS true in a de-facto sense ) it's a caller who he claims is sent to be trained how to specifically disagree with him by learning talking points from attending a seminar, while sounding just enough to agree with him to get past his screener. Basically leftist shills ( to him )

I used to listen back in the 90's before I came to hate his guts, and he was constantly calling everyone who disagreed with him a "seminar caller".

I guess to use a current analogy, I guess it would be the way we might regard a right leaning "concern troll" here on DU. Similar dynamic.
