Just like every other election, Carter won't be endorsing anyone, but he does offer some praise for Obama. He also mentions that Bill Clinton called him to defend his race-baiting comments.

1. as a former president he is a Super delegate
He has a vote on the Convention floor, and he may have to endorse if it comes to a brokered convention.

..Mr. Carter sure couldn't do that...although he such a nice guy, I do not think he passed one bill under his administration.
