It was not unlike any other poll thread where the subject line read similar to what the MSM would put out then revealed that hey, it wasn't a bad poll. ot was a good poll! Obviously the MSM won't talk about this poll.

I think a lot more people would participate in this forum if it actually focused on positive things instead of merely being a complaint forum.

Linking to threads in other areas of DU is off limits because it encourages rallying the troops.

We have a chance to have a nice forum here. We all claim to want DU to be a positive place? We can do that. We just need to self moderate so we don't have a string of locked threads on our page.

This is our chance to create a corner of DU that is the DU we all profess to want. If we ruin it, we have no one to blame but ourselves.

7. I definitely understand the tempation but I have to agree with

SemiCharmedQuark. I feel we really do want to focus on the positive here. SemiCharmedQuark worded it beautifully when she/he said, "This is our chance to create a corner of DU that is the DU we all profess to want."
