Maddow on Letterman - !!!

Stayed up past my bedtime to watch. Anyway, she said (paraphrasing here) that in his first year Obama has accomplished more legislatively than any other president. The audience cheered and applauded. She also had some very pointed remarks about naysayers. Wish I could remember the details, but wanted to recommend keeping an eye out for video.

.... I dont doubt the sincerity of what she said, but she is smart enough to know not to air any dirty laundry outside the family so to speak. ;)

It's an important to remember when a fellow Democrat is "bashing" the President .... I dont care who it is .... we all know what side our bread is buttered on. The last two weeks responses to Cheney and the GOP attacks on the President on how he's handling national security is proof of that. ALl of those who were upset (and still are) about Afghanistan, were some of his staunchest defenders (on the MSNBC shows.)

and I understand some things better now than I did before. I love that Rachel is advocating on the Democratic side and understands that Obama is doing the best he can with what he is having to deal with. Great interview.
