I am tired of even POSITIVE OBAMA threads turning into crap. People unrec'ing positive shit. I get the stuff that deals with policy and war and divisive topics. But sometimes there is thread where you show that you're thankful for him as our president and some asshole decides to come in and shit all over the place.

Talk about resistance to change!! I've never seen people so glued to narrow points of view. Maybe it gives comfort in an uncertain world - better the devil we know, etc.

I thinks some DUers, would prefer 30 million Americans go without basic health care, rather than pay an additional dime in subsidies to insurance companies.

I was like that at one point. When Dean lost to Kerry in the primary, I was begging for him to lose.

Then by August I wised up and worked my butt off to get him elected. When he lost, I was devastated.

These bitter fools probably voted for Obama but secretly hoped he lost to McCain for they could have said, "TOLD YOU SO!"

Now they're openly cheering for his failure for they can say, "TOLD YOU SO!"

They're the same assholes on the left who celebrated failure in Iraq just to be proven right.

Basically, they ain't no different than Rush Limbaugh himself!

That HillBuzz link really IS an eye-opener! It pretty much describes what we've been seeing here on DU. Some of the comments were chuckle-worthy (like they really thought that would work, pushing Palin's book on us like it's some fount of wisdom?), but others chillingly depict some of the exact same things being pushed here. This is evidence that it's orchestrated, IMHO.
