Bill Clinton gave me a wake-up call

In 2004 when he had his bypass operation I read that he had stopped taking his cholesterol medications. I had been very lax on remembering to take mine, but when I signed his guestbook I promised to take my meds. Now that I have my iPhone, I have an alarm set for each evening to remind me.

to be healthy. I heard at work that Clinton was in the hospital getting a couple of stints put in for his heart. Get Well, Prez Clinton.

2. He woke me up too ~ I got on my Treadmill

this morning and put my Honey and Cinnamon on my Oatmeal and I plan to do my walk in a little while.

I started taking Honey and Cinnamon about six months ago. When I went for my test ~ my readings were in the average range- much better.

I also cleaned out my Medicine cabinet and threw away the Expired pills -- lots of them.

And ~ I put an ASPIRIN in my purse, in my bed table draw and my Mom's bed table draw.

I wanted to be my own Valentine!
