Can someone please watch this video from beginning to end and explain to me how Rahm Emanuel is the one being a "dick"?

This is the video put together by The Renaud Brothers (http://www.renaudbrothers.com/) that has been posted to Huffington with a "poor, poor Massa" piece and appears to have been set up from the beginning as a hit piece against Rahm.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how this, this specifically, is being played as the height of Rahm's assholery.

something really stinks about the idea that Rahm is responsible for all evils.

2. I think Rahm would be the first to call himself an asshole.

I'm under no illusions that he's a nice guy.

That said, I find it funny that when Obama was playing conciliator the last few months, everyone demanded he act more like LBJ and just force it through. Now that he's sent out his attack dog to get votes, all of a sudden it's "HOW CAN HE DO THAT!?! CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN INDEED!"

3. Oh, I agree ...

One of the reasons I *like* him for the job he holds is precisely because he's an asshole, a specific brand of asshole that manages to get things done. I fully believe he cornered Massa, naked, in the shower. I don't really care, but I believe it.

What I don't get is that video. It's the calmest I think I've ever seen him, but Massa (and others) is using it as somehow "proof" that he was treated poorly and that Rahm is out to get him. In that video, it was Massa's people who dropped the F-bomb. Rahm told him he needed to smile more and not come off as so angry.

And somehow, out of this, Rahm is the jerk.

I'm just floored. I shouldn't be. Cognitive dissonance runs like water over Niagra with this subject, but there are things I simply cannot twist my mind hard enough to imagine.

And, my first thought about his last change of the story was..he wanted to be the victim again..he didn't like being thought of as the villian.

I don't think we can sure what his real story is..maybe it will all unfold as the saga continues.

8. I like the naked in the shower version ...

I mean, seriously. This is the kind of scene that were this two characters in a movie, one the "professional victim" whiner who acts all tough but just can't take the heat when it's directed at him, the other his hard ass boss/coach/whatever who is trying to get shit done, it would be hilarious.
