I've noticed something.

There are lots of wailing and gnashing of teeth on the left that Elena Kagan is a "corporatist".

That was the same shit spouted by the smae source about Sonia Sotamayor.

IIRC, Sotamayor voted with the minority on the Citizens United decision.

Don't argue about it, just ask for it to be defined.

If you can get enough of them adding their own definitions without your having to add anything, it can be quite entertaining ... mostly because they don't really agree on the definition.
