Speaking of keeping cool..we're having a proper heat wave here in New York. Yesterday, today, and the next 3 days will be in the '90s..after that it goes down to the '80s so all we can do is make the best of it.

I like it hot but I also like the Ocean nearby.B-)

4. Yeah, I just went out to do a bit

of running up the hill and took a sauna while I was doing it.

Nice to come back and cool off and have some cold fruit(apricots & cherries) though! :9

the Chesapeake Bay at Elk Neck State Park in Maryland. I needed it on this 98 degree day!!

10. A little late, but..... Happy Fourth to you all!

I skipped town and went to see duct tape and cardboard races in Lakeport, CA, on Clear Lake.

Clear Lake is the state's largest natural lake. Tahoe doesn't rank as it's shared with Nevada.
