Is Joe Scarborough the new permanent MSNBC TV morning guy now?
He seems to have been on all week.
Did I miss the decision?

1. I don't think that decision has been made yet. I just get an email
on Wed. asking for my opinion on all the different hosts that have been on since Imus.

5. Can I hazard a guess about who you voted for?
You DID vote for her didn't you?

8. I voted for Rachel. I rarely watch MSNBC in the AM, but I
would if she was the host. It was nice having a leftie on at least one show other than Keith.

3. Joe seems to be a good fit. I could live with him.
Of course I would prefer to have "another Keith" to balance all the rightie garbage-spewers out there. Joe's sorta like grapefruit. Put a half-teaspoon of sugar on it and it's palatable.

4. I hate to admit it... but I think he's funny
If he IS still a right winger then he's certainly not sounding very right winged lately.

I certainly prefer him to IMUS and some others that they have put in that spot.

John Ridley has also been quite entertaining when he has been on.

I know that now I will get called a troll, or worse for admitting to finding Scareyborough entertaining...flame away!

7. He's an honest guy. I don't agree with his politics, but he's not a propagandist.
It's kinda sad that we're reduced to at least hoping for a Republican who doesn't deny reality.

11. I know! lol
I DO NOT agree with the man on many things, but giving him the benefit of the doubt, he actually apologized to Hillary Clinton on the air and admitted that his time in congress was not his shining hour.

I am glad to see that a couple here are also guilty of watching--I was feeling so ashamed! lol

9. "Morning Joe" is "catchy" and I'm sure they think it's beyond clever
so they will probably keep him there.. They already "own" him anyway, so why not use him on both shows..(if he wants to do both).

It buys them some time and allows the distance between Imus and "the new person"..whenevr they make a permanent choice.

I don't watch often, but he has an ensemble that seems to be M.O.R. and if they are still using the WFAN guys, they may be under contract with the radio station and may be playing out the contract or waiting for the radio's replacement..

12. Of the bits of post-Imus MSNBC I've watched...
...I've liked Jim Cramer the best, and I wouldn't mind seeing him take that gig full-time.
