On Comedy Central, I'm watching Larry The Cable Guy doin' stand up and
he said "You hear about the two babies that weren't allowed on the plane because their names were on the no fly list? Good lord! The difference between a baby and a terrorist is with a terrorist, the diaper is on the head."

The audience laughed and applauded raucously. So this is where Freepers go when they're not typing with their butt cheeks.

2. That guy literally sickens me. I can't watch him without thinking less of the human race.

3. He is a perfect example of reinventing himself to a new audience.

He didn't used to do material like this.

He was just weird years ago. And then he, very astutely, figured out that Jeff Foxworthy is one of the wealthiest comedians of all time. It's like the people that reinvent themselves to go after fundamental religious people. It's a built in audience that will pay top dollar.

4. That Fuckin' larry the cable guy is a goddamned terrorist
and not a fuckin' bit funny. I wonder is there are any "people" in his audience who have family or friends who are disabled? He makes fun of them too. Fucker makes me sick! Imus is gone but this POS is still on t.v.:grr:

5. Larry The Cable Guy is lamer than Carrot Top, and yes that is possible.
I hate to sound like a broken record, but freeper comedy = not funny in the slightest.

6. What does "Git her Done" mean?
It's a freeper phrase now. Still don't know what it means. Anyone know?

10. I think it means "let's accomplish this task"
But I never did comprehend the comedy nuances that made this statement HIGH-LARIOUS to some people.

12. It's the same as saying "get it done".
I don't really know why it's his catch phrase, though. Sounds stupid to me.

9. i still can't figure out if he's really having one over on his audience since he really
isn't one of them or he had a conversion. Anyhow like Carlos Mencia, he's just not funny.

11. He's not funny. Sometimes people laugh because they don't know
what else to do with their mouth, but that doesn't mean they're amused.

14.  See what David Cross had to say to Larry the Cable Guy - it's great!
David responds to Cable Guy's claim in Rolling Stone that Cross is a PC comic with a scathingly accurate and surprisingly sympathetic dissection of the phony, racist, and unfunny persona that good ole boy millionaire Larry has used to suck bucks from the pockets of his fans. It's a really long letter but it's so great!

Then read the spectrum of responses David received from those who read the letter...

I can't hear the words "Git-R-Done" without thinking of that sick, sick motherfucker, David Cross. :loveya:
