I'd say this one needs to go back to the drawing board.

I mean, isn't it a little obvious that this was released in reaction to the three GOP Senators, including John Warner, introducing a resolution against the surge?

And on top of that, it even says in the news story that this was uncovered six months ago. It's kind of obvious that this was being sat on "in case of emergency".

4. I don't think so. This may be the first time there is proof of what's going on here:

First of all, this was discovered six months ago.

Secondly, unlike a notice to keep an eye out for a bank robber, or something like that, this is not a formal warning to the public for our safety.

That's what makes this one so obvious.

we had not left - that did not stop them from planning another attack - it did not happen because it was found out - but if not, it could have happened. Our being there did not stop them from planning another attack.
