Scooter Libby Sentencing - How much time will he get, if any?
I think the judge will give him what Mr. Fitzgerald suggests and that is 3 years minimum. what do you think?

Three years. At the same time, will he be immediately remanded into custody or not? If he's not, I'm not entirely sure he'll ever see the inside of a jail cell.
