1. He will most likely go to a private prison and live life a King.
Our 'prisons for profits' must have a Hilton Section run by the Baron.

7. Actually I don't think that's right. This is Federal Court.
I think the Fed system did away with all the Club Feds some time ago. I know we're not talking about Rickers here, but they're not going to have swimming pools and tennis courts either!

I realize most of us would like to hear that he's going to Rickers, but it really is quite a punishment for a wealthy, pampered, pansy to be behind ANY bars and constantly told what he can and can't do.

19. I did not think of feds vs. state. on this. I just figured both had them
Prisons for profits hit me as being very odd any way. Some service only govt. should do. With a large hired army in Iraq I guess I am really behind in my thinking. I feel once that pop. is taking out of such things you will really find greed and trouble.

They are quite capable of handling any medical emergencies that occur! Gt over it Scooter! I hate to an use old cliche but "if you do the crime, you gotta do the time! OR.....you ould always try a bargain with the USA and rat out the Prez & the VP!

5. It was sarcastic - not factual.. sorry...
I do hope ol' Scooter rolls on George and Dick...that would be nice...

And is "Scooter" the kind of nickname you want to have when going to prison?

Imagine the cellmate introduction:

I'm Bubba
I'm Butch
I'm Killer

Who are you?

Scooter...

17. OK, now I've managed to stop laughing. I suspect Scooter will have a cell all by
himself. I seriously doubt even Walton would dentence him to a facility where he was going to be physically abused. Just the feeling of containment, loss of any free will or ability to do what you want to do is going to be traumatic enough. As much as I believe he must go to prison, I'm not THAT nasty to want him to have to face Bubba!

Now if we were talking aobut Cheney, THAT is another story!

13. You do get that my post is a joke right????
A lot people seem to think I was being serious....

I thought the :sarcasm: smilie would make people realize that I wasn't serious...

Is there a better way to mark it as joke?

12. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
There are plenty of innocent people being stressed out behind bars. I want to see justice served in Libby's case.

16. Make a deal with him...continued
If he submits himself to interrogation efforts not unlike those he championed to be used against terraists for 6 months (loud music 24/7, cold jail cell, maybe a little water boardin', then he can have the house arrest for the remaining term.

They should give Sir Scooter a choice 30 months in jail or six years in the infantry!
