3. Setting aside

all the particular issues one might have my real problem is with his overt presentation of a train of logic which never arrives at the station. We have plenty of opinionated, virulent radio commentators. However this argumentation is puzzling and distracting like having someone buttonhole you with a barroom treatise continually shortcircuiting its own assertions.

There are a lot of issues to set aside as well. I wish he could get Joe Pesci on as a guest in full mafia character(minus the verboten words). That would be stunning and the actor would likely be the more convincing speaker.

5. I think what he is attempting to do is take an idea so far

in hopes one will make the final conclusion on their own.
I think when a person participates in the discussion the message is retained better.
With radio you can't talk to all your audience individually so you are taking a real gamble.
If you do what most right wing talk does is lecture, thats why they rely on simple minimal word talking points, their listeners (and I'm guessing here) are getting mostly background noise.

10. Can't listen to Schultz more than a couple of minutes at a time....

and I refuse to listen to Lionel because I want Sam Seder back in that spot. But thank God/Goddess there are other options, especially if you listen online. Some days I listen to Mama, and other days I listen to Stacy Taylor (love the guy) on KLSD-1360 in San Diego.

I have to listen online at work, but I must have missed something on today's show, because it sounded like Scooter (is he John Elliot?) was leaving to take on a nightly 3 hr show on Air America? I was on the phone & trying to listen to Stacy through my headset on one ear, and my phone in the other ear, so I could be wrong?

Do you happen to know if Scooter and John Elliot are one in the same?

They stream for free. Just lie and put in a Minnesota zip code, like 55421
