1. Oh silly
But we've only had rain and cool temperatures when we usually have high temperatures so global warming is just a liberal myth!

24. Live in the great PNW by any chance??? LOL
I noticed the name breeze54 and figured we had something more in common...this has been the coldest "spring?" I recall in quite a while...I mean..come on now...it's the middle of JUNE, for crying out loud...and it's still 54 degrees...I don't need 90, but a few 75/80 days wouldn't feel bad..

3. That's strange, I thought it felt cooler than usual here... less humid
more dry (def. less rain than usual), but it didn't seem hotter to me.

6. Not here but
there is some other kind or weird weather stuff going on. We used to have beautiful morning fog and I haven't seen it in two years. We've had more thunder storms here than I've seen in 10 years also. We're the dry side of Washington and it ain't been that dry, I thought I left the mosquitoes in Texas but this year they found me.

7. Boreal Region
Even with the obvious consideration the time frame under scutiny is the coming northern summer event, this is not good for the Northern Boreal Region as a closer look on the
temperature anomalies map shows. A 5C temperature swing with a tremendous amount of carbon is looked up in not-so-perma frost.

I don't know if it has anything to do with global warming, but there are going to be some serious fires later this summer.

"good summer so far", summer ain't even here yet! Wishing you all the best. I know here in North Texas something isn't right now at all. Hey, but don't look up anyone. Whatever you do, don't watch the skies, just listen to the "weathermen, our meterologists, our paid for shills".

32. Maybe we here at DU with all our caring, maybe we could take up a collection to
provide her (Paris) with her tanning needs (the spray on kind, my MIL uses Estee Lauder, she seems to be quite pleased with it. Makes her feel "healthy"? Key-rice-ttt! Okay. How do people get this way? Obviously, I'm not healthy, I prefer not to spray something on myself to appear to be tanned and "healthy".)

On the plus side, it's hot, but not humid like it usually is here at this time of year. However, our yard, flowers and insects are past dead...birds are suffering...
