Have you started to look at real estate differently because of the threat of global warming and rising sea levels?
I would love to move to Hawai'i some day but I'm not sure if now is the right time to think about Hawai'i or instead maybe inland South America.

They are following the plan Lex Luthor had in the first Superman movie. Buy up worthless land somewhere, then let a disaster destroy the coasts, turning the worthless land into beach front property!

Watching prices rise here so locals can't afford to buy or even face likely tax increases on what they already own. Pay here sucks but the prices are way up.
Meanwhile, been watching real estate prices plummet in New Mexico.
The rich ARE different. They are informed and able to move while their media keeps spouting lies to placate the masses.
