1. I miss him,too...and have intensified my activism in his memory.

I am active in Veterans for Peace,and and composing my 85th Letter to the editor.I promised him I would write weekly until our troops are home and cared for by a grateful nation.

what a true progressive he was. Veteran's causes are so often overlooked because of the number of critical concerns out there today - but he never forgot, never relaxed, never gave in.

4. I am surprised how much I miss someone I have only known online.

Ghost in the machine was asking the lounge to check out his new site this weekend. Great military site, but my first thought was how much monkeyman would have liked the site. :cry:

8. He passed away about 3 weeks ago. I'm not sure about the circumstances.
