3. I toss out a 'fuck' for you and a kick - and note on the first line you posted:

I can concur - my Grandfather was a republican mayor (and police chief, at the same time) of a small Ohio town.

He built a park for the kids there, worked his ass off for the people of his town, and did not show favoritism even to his own daughter (my mom) - he gave her a ticket once for running a stop sign. And she had to pay it.

He did a lot for the people of his community, he was not perfect but he was not like the repubs of today at all.

Somewhere both parties I think lost themselves along the way, the dems not so much as the repubs.

Principle was lost to money and power. I say 'fuck you' to anyone in power who does that.
