The Third Annual Summarize the SOTU Competition Is ON!

I'm going to be in transit during Bush's actual address, so I will have to rely on you guys to keep this kicked.

Like many of you, I cannot watch Bush speak any more. I just physically can't put myself through it. So, instead, in 2005 I launched the first DU Summarize the SOTU competition. The results were magnificent, so I thought hey, let's do it again.

Here are the rules:

1) Summarize the SOTU address in 25 words or less.
2) Post your summary on this thread.
3) The best summary or summaries will receive virtual prizes.

I will try to kick this thing shortly before the address, but may not be near a computer at that time, so I hope some of you will give it a kick as the time approaches.
