1. Yes
In fact, I would encourage every future voter to see it.

2. Should be *mandatory* for teenagers... Give them a sense for a world beyond themselves.

3. I took my 13 yr. old...he loved it...
After the movie, the management strong-armed some nice local volunteers who were passing out rally literature.

I mentioned that the Carlyle Group bought the cinema and that that explained the over-reaction.

It was an educational experience!

We are looking into a babysitter for our 9-year-old son. Could he see it if we can't find a sitter?

He's pretty savvy!

On edit: Never mind. I see now it's rated PG-13.
On edit edit: Hmmm, "Rated PG-13 for brief strong language." I'll consider it...

5. There are going to be some "eeew!" moments
especially during the opening credits, but no, there is no nudity, violence or gratuitous profanity, although the provocation for the two latter is extreme.

The only risk is educating him young enough that he concentrates on getting the hell out of this backwards country as soon as he is able to.

(I just finished watching. I have been uninsurable for 20 years. You bet I'm angry.)

6. I thinking of taking my 12 year old daughter
if nothing else she can see how important it will be to keep herself healthy in light of the shitty health care we get (and I have so called good insurance from an employer)

The opening scene shows someone sewing up a wound which made my 18 year old daughter and I close our eyes....but after that, no problem at all, imo. I'd be comfortable taking a 13 year old and having a good discussion about it afterward.

And Happy Birthday to you!

11. Only two questionable moments...

The first scene, during the opening credits, shows a guy sewing up his own knee injury in the living room, by the way, he has a cute cat. :)

The second scene is MUCH later on, Michael Moore took a ride with a doctor from the S.O.S. Medicine home care service in France, and the doctor asks one of the patients to drop his pants for a shot. There is a brief glimpse of the guy's butt, but then the camera turns to Michael Moore standing there and turning away himself.

ON EDIT: Personally, I think the movie is for all ages, but your mileage may vary.
