Update on our new hard drive

The failing hard drive has been replaced and the new drive is in place. The system now has to rebuild the RAID array with the new drive in place. We expect this to take a few hours to complete. While it is completing, we will continue to have sub-par performance and may need to stay at level 1 or level 2. Once it is complete, we should return to normal.
