I'll keep checking but let's not forget about the day of the BIG pre-war ;-) SOTU speech of 2003 and how involved W was in the writing (look for the pen) of this speech.

This, of course, was the speech with the infamous "16 words" in it and suddenly Bush didn't know anything about any speech, had NOOOOOOOOOOTHING to do with it, never heard of it before.
