Momentum is building and people from all walks of life and every corner of the country will be marching on Washington, DC, on Saturday, Jan. 27th.

Our message will be clear, our voice will be strong: End the war in Iraq, Bring all the troops home now! We urge you to join us!

WOW! But you do live in or near the best city in the country, so I can't feel too bad for you. I live in Houston. :eyes: :evilgrin: But my DH works for an airline, so I cannot complain about traveling (much).
So I'm flying too, as is Blue In AK, coming from Alaska of all places, and besides, it might be warmer/sunnier in DC.
There is no 'no-fly' list that's pinpointed us, not that we're dangerous, just really angry.

I am wearing long underwear under a pair of jeans and boots so my feet will stay warm. Then I am layering jackets and I got an extra large IMPEACH shirt to wear on top.

We had a little snow storm. I think we got 3 inches.

I'm so looking forward to this because I'm going with my mother who has been active since before she was naturalized as a citizen and also with my oldest son who reads widely but doesn't have much time to spare. A blessing, and I use that term advisedly.

52. My nephew and his fiance are going from NYC
