3. My head just exploded listening to that tripe
from Hillary. Olbermann gave her an easy shot by even mentioning Bush's issue with not admitting a mistake and then she does that. :grr:

15. That's the level of discourse I expect from my soap opera boards.
Really useful for the coming discussions on who has the best ideas for leading our country.

5. Two words she refused to say
Me, not those of us in Congress, ME.

And POOR, half the country who is now POOR because of the disastrous six years of corporations funneling the money to stockholders and execs.

Oh, and she didn't say 'end the war' either.

Tepid at best. I want CHANGE.

7. I have started tuning her out
I have waited far to long for her to do/say something - anything - substantial about her vote.

Nowadays, she just bores me.

8. Very disappointing
I agree. But then, I wasn't expecting much. She actually went a little farther than I thought she would. However, it wasn't acceptable to me.

14. quite the contrary
I am NOT a Clinton hater.

And I don't want to hear from her what the fucking SENATE feels/thinks/etc.

I want to know what SHE feels/thinks.

16. If she said it frontwards, back wards, or upside down
it wouldn't be good enough for some. It reminds me of President Clinton's impeachment when the pundits kept saying he wasn't contrite enough when apologizing for the hummer. Every time he got in front of the cameras to apologize; it was never good enough, never said right, didn't use the right wordage -- yadda, yadda, yadda.

She said it. Her political and diplomatic solutions and re-deployment of our troops sits good with me. I'm satisfied.

17. No one wants her to grovvel. She just needs to speak honestly
to our concerns.

Replay the calculus that went into her vote on the IWR. She isn't so stupid as to have thought that there was no chance that Bush was lying or at least exaggerating. Why weren't the lives at stake more important than her politics and her run for presidency?

I want to be with her, but I **can't** because she does not, apparently, honor our differences enough to address them clearly and specificly.

I feel very deeply that she is similar to Bush in that she takes people for granted, largely because we are not big donors and don't live in her state.

22. I really hated the way she handled that. I SO agree with you.
Waffling non-apology, passing the buck, "if we'da known then...yadayada." Very, very, VERY disappointing. I mean, it wasn't even a GOOD. competent waffle, ya know?

23. the "if we'd known then what we know now" excuse
is BS. I wish Olbermann had asked why she wasn't as knowledgeable as all the democrats knew who voted against it.
