Bush's UN Speech full of Fon-necks....
ABC News' Ann Compton and Jennifer Duck report: Never before has the White House released a draft version of the President's speech to the annual United Nations General Assembly.

But this year, a glimpse of how the President sees his speeches was accidentally placed on the UN website along with the speechwriters' cell phone numbers.

Pronunciations for President Bush's friend French President Sarkozy "" appeared in draft #20 on the UN website. Other pronunciations included the Mugabe " regime" and pronunciations for countries "Kyrgyzstan " and "Mauritania ."

Most leaders submit a text in advance, especially to help the many translators who simultaneously turn the speeches into more than half a dozen languages. The teleprompter also needs to be loaded with a copy of the President's words so it will appear on glass screens in front of the lectern.

The Bush White House is unaccustomed to providing advanced texts suitable for reporters to publish before he actually speaks.

During an afternoon briefing, White House Press Secretary Dana Perino said, "there was an error made in trying to make sure that interpreters had what they needed. I don't know how the draft of the speech -- it was not final -- was posted, but it was, and it was taken down."

Perino said it was "not unusual" to include phonetic spellings for various countries in the speech though when asked if the president had a hard time pronouncing some of those country names Perino declined comment saying, "I think that's an offensive question."

2. "I think that's an offensive question"
No, it isn't the question that's offensive. It's bush.

4. I remember the good ole' days of JFK and his 'speed reading' Evelyn Woods stuff
Both he and his wife were READERS, constantly reading. He even wanted to work for the SF Chronicle it is rumored as an editor after being Prez. Jackie eventually ended up in publishing.

Good grief this MBA from Harvard is an embarrassment.

6. The worst is when he has that shit eating grin when he thinks he has nailed a hard word
Sometimes he will take a 2 second pause to asses the reaction of the audience when saying a "fureign" or complex word. The look of pride in his eyes would rival the ones displayed by people who just won a Marathon. As in "look how smarty pants I am I can say big words!"

Bush is the personification of "low expectations."

5. This probably wouldn't come to attention with any other president.

Use of phonetics may be SOP at the U.N. (or for news anchors), but it's just plain fun to ridicule the ridiculous Current Occupant.

7. Is he real or is he a robot.
There is definitely something wrong with this man. Look at what the republicans did with Reagan. Knowing full well the man had Alzheimer's they ran him for a second presidential term. And look they knew and know full well there is something mental wrong with bush and they did the same. And they are still manipulating him.
