Presidential hopeful Dennis Kucinich visits San Luis Obispo County

SAN LUIS OBISPO

For the first time in almost 24 years, a democratic candidate for president makes a stop in San Luis Obispo.

Dennis Kucinich flew into San Luis Obispo Friday evening.

Saturday morning he attended a breakfast fundraiser at a local home.

After that, Kucinich made stops at the Templeton Farmer's Market and the Sunken Garden in Atascadero.

Then it was back to San Luis Obispo to speak at the government center and at the music festival in Mission Plaza.

Kucinich greeted locals with an unwaivering call to end the war in Iraq.
