Hillarys day job is being a senator, not fundraising.

1. Yeah, she's too busy starting a war with Iran to worry about raising money.

Yes.
Her vote on the non binding resolution.

It's some pretty sick shit, failed explanations and apologetics regardless.

21. So she "symbolically" believes attacking Iran is ok.
Aha. And this is ok, why? So "they" can't say she is "weak on terror" is bs. "They" will say bad things no matter what and pandering to "them" is not what she should be doing. Even though I am against what they voted on, and even though Hillary voted for it, she still will be representing me? pshaw. Politics is dirty business, people vote all sorts of ways for all sorts of reasons, but this is precisely why I have issues with her. "I voted for it but didn't really mean it, trust me, I'll vote against it when it matters." pshaw.

And I'm not going to get into why Obama or others didn't vote, since what he or they did or didn't do has no bearing on what Hillary did.

I'll be waiting for your response.

25.  Technically, by labeling them terrorists, it becomes the same war on terror, so no need
to declare another war, Bush will use this "non-binding" excercise as tacit permission.

28. The bill DOESNT label them as terrorists
In fact, the bill doesn't even use the word "terrorist"! Not even once! I would suggest you refrain from copying Lerkfishes opinions in the future, without being informed.

33. Yeah, and the IWR didn't use the words "invade" or "occupy" Iraq
Sometimes another poster says it so well that copying is the best. If you don't like it, tough. ("without being informed", right. :eyes: )

what's his excuse. If the wind blows one way - he's for it....if the wind blows the other way - he's for that.

17. It's pretty lame. He should be ashamed of himself for not being there.
That said, there's a league of difference between not being there to vote against it, and voting for it.

Almost as annoying as Obama having to go ALL THE WAY to work today to cast two very important votes. Oops, nevermind, he was out fundraising.

Edited to add, so Hillary is peachy voting for it, while Obama is bad because he didn't vote, even though it was non-binding and his vote didn't count? bwahahahahahaha.

For what it's worth, I think they all should vote every time on everything.

that the famous Presidential rolodex of Bill Clinton.More people gave Obama money that is why he outraised her. Hillary's pool of the super rich donor is tapping out!

Obama's bad because he wasn't around to vote against it, but Clinton's OK even though she voted for it because it was meaningless.

What did I stumble into a time warp and wind up in 2005?

The problem is we don't do anything about it after we win.

35. Chris Mathews reported that he was struck down by a stomach virus.
Some cynics don't believe that this is possible. I mena , just because the man shakes the hands of a hundred strangers a day, eats food prepared who knows how and is running himself ragged, why should we believe him when he says he's ill?
