when bush slurs words like childrens it is a concentration thing. One of the poster put up a video of bush, giving a speech when he was running for governor of Texas. He was articulate, he spoke with knowledge and he sounded like he knew what he was saying. Then they showed some of the speeches he has given at president and it was so obvious he has a problem. Slurring, can't concentrate, looses context, can't pronounce words, and some times like childrens do learn, he doesn't make sense. He has got to be suffering from some sort of break down.

I don't think it is Alzheimer's like Reagan when the republicans ran him for a second term, but be definitely has a problem.

Or he's had a stroke. He's having a very hard time getting his words out, and he "pushes" them out with body movements. This is exactly the way my granny was after her stroke. Except she was such a sweetie, you wanted to help her... and you'd never make fun of her. Bush, on the other hand...
