This is part of a pattern with him - falling asleep at receptions of foreign dignitaries, wierdly casual outdoor gear at funerals, and now this - noshing on a lifesaver or something. I've NEVER seen that before! I have never seen the VP or the Speaker of the House EVER start chewing on something. So phoning it in on his part.
