2. I think this is important, we need to hammer home that Bush and

the Republics didn't have much to do with the reforms coming out of the House. When I RW'er tries to say xxx got done like the Pres. said in the SOTU address, it will be important to note that much of this was passed in the House before the SOTU address.

I almost peed myself today when the Republics were using the Dem's argument (about abortion) that a person's health care decisions should be between a physician and the patient not some outside body concerning their health and prescription options.

already made some history from the House side and the Senate is yet to act on many of those items.

(aside) The civilian corp thing Bush proposed for overseas assignment - the only really new Admin agenda mentioned - has a snowball's chance in Hell, imo, thankfully. I doubt he means a Peace Corp....

9. The best thing about Nancy is she is tough but not a bitch. I am

a female and have worked for a bitch. She is the most politically savvy woman I have ever seen. She beats the guys at their own game, no wonder the Republics were so worried about her.

I wish I could be like her, but I am so thin skinned.
