I hid arrest from wife, admits Sen. Larry Craig
Idaho Sen. Larry Craig admits in a TV interview that he concealed his toe-tapping-in-the-bathroom arrest from his wife until right before the embarrassing story exploded.

Craig (R-Idaho) defends his decision not to resign from the Senate and says "this is the toughest fight of my political life."

In the interview to air tomorrow night on MSNBC's "Matt Lauer Reports," Craig's wife, Suzanne, reveals the shock of learning her husband's secret.

"I felt like the floor was falling out from under me," Suzanne Craig said. "I felt ... almost like I was going down a drain for a few moments."

2. That's Sad
He's a very sad man... I doubt she was surprised, though...She did marry him to give him a "beard"...

3. Very telling about the world of a christian conservative republican
"The toughest fight of his political life?" Admitting the truth? That's fucking pathetic. while its fun to have him around if I were a constituent I'd want his ass gone, ASAP; if toe tapping in a men's room trolling for cock was his "toughest fight." What about your constituents dipstick.

4. I'll bet Craig hides a lot from his wife.
I kind of feel sorry for her, because she's been lied to for years.

They can't have a happy marriage, unless it's just a matter of convenience for both of them - he can have his little affairs when he wants to, and she doesn't have to be intimate with him.

Might be a perfect match, who knows.

5. That's guilt right there.
If my husband was mistakenly arrested under those circumstances, and he truly was innocent, he would call me the second he was allowed to. We would talk about how unfair it was, and make arrangements to fix his legal problems together.

The only reason for Craig to hide it from his wife is because he knew he was guilty of what they said he was guilty of.
