God Bless Paul Krugman - "Gore Derangement Syndrome"
Why do right wing dipshits hate Al Gore? Because he is always right and they just can't stand it.

http://www.nytimes.com/2007/10/15/opinion/15krugman.html?_r=1&th&emc=th&oref=slogin

Paul correctly says that if conservatives can't solve a scientific problem (or any problem for that matter) without tax cuts and bombs then the science must be rejected and the scientists slimed. Thanks again Paul!

C'mon lurkers share that vast knowledge you get from newsmax and faux to dispute Paul and Al. You can do it.

5. Krugman's columns have a little edge to them, a little bite
and the right wing hate machine just don't appreciate that at all, instead of looking in the mirror and seeing who is to blame for changing the tone. ray-gun did away with the fairness doctrine so troglodytes like limbaugh thought they could just slash and burn. Its taken some time but they are now being slashed and burned to some extent.

limbaugh and his kind hate Media Matters for the same reason they hate the FAIRNESS Doctrine; their words do not go unchallenged anymore.

4. It is so transparent by now that is how they work that I wonder at anyone
taking their hateful attacks seriously any longer. In my opinion they have not only proven they follow no rule of law in this land but they have also proven they cannot be taken seriously any longer as a viable voice for Americans as a whole.

8. Everything I ever needed to know I learned in Sunday School
Actually, I remember very little of it, but one thing always stuck with me.

"The Devil works his hardest where good things are being done."

I apply this thought to the GOP every day of my life:) Whenever they lock their jaws down on an issue, I look at that issue even harder because I'm very sure there is something very good lurking there!

So, "the Devil" aka "the GOP" is working overtime on Gore, because he is so damn good!!

They wouldn't waste there time on something or someone who did NOT pose a threat to them.

I think that's why they are pushing Hillary on us too... she is no threat to them whatsoever, IMHO.

10. The Gore sliming is just the continuation of the republican goal to
slime everyone in America. By the end of the 2008 election, there wont be a man woman or child left in America that hasn't been slimed by the idiotic corporate smear machine. Most of you here on DU have already been slimed by the attack on liberals, democrats and people with half a brain. Soon the rest will be slimed and only five people will end up voting republican.

They hate Gore for his freedoms.
