Although he has no chance at all of being nominated Chris Dodd nonetheless ranks with Joe Biden as the most experiened, knowledgeable, and possessed of more common sense that the rest of the slate combined.

His answers to the questions un-asked are worthy of note. Pay attention when he or Biden (and to a lesser extent Obama) make reference to the Constitution...these guys know of what they speak
