right, replace them with temps., they walk away with millions in bonuses and the company rotting if not failed. That is how they earn those big bonuses, because they only care about the $, not whether the company is around 2yrs. after they are gone.

It's immoral to make profits off of disrupting the lives of workers through outsourcing. That kind of pain should be profitable to noone.
