People, even those in Congress, want their SOTU programs signed by a President. Even one with an IQ lower than their shoe sizes.

4. I'm sorry but I have never seen any president sign autographs after

a SOTU speech. How weird. They mostly shake hands and exit the building. I have tapes of Clinton's SOTU speeches and I saw him kiss more women than anything.
