He would make up for a lot of their lack of experience.

2. He would but, I have a feeling he wants to be one of the powerful senators that
rule the chambers. Some just don't want that kind of executive thing. If he does, cool! But, I get the feeling he'd rather be in the senate moving and shaking things for 20 years.

5. No
We need him in the Senate more, we can't empty out the Senate so we can take the White House in '08.

6. Yeah...let's get a Dick Cheney to pin to Edwards and Obama's light resume....

How insulting to an accomplished man like Webb! This is what is done to Wes Clark all the time as well. Webb and Clark are the leaders...but somehow the rockstars need what the leaders have.

And while the artificially created no foreign policy so-called "Frontrunners" continue to get free media generated buzz...Here we are embroiled deep in a fucked up war costing us billions while losing, threatening another war with Iran; China's shooting down our satellites; North Korea is testing missiles galore to see if they can reach San Francisco....

And folks want the American Idol guys to get the real leaders to sit behind them on the ride? What a shame!

Plus, Edwards' supporters always say when asked why Edwards didn't help Kerry win the south..."Voters don't vote for Vice President"....

So if that's the case, Webb can continue to kick ass in the Senate, Wes can continue to talk and write and then everyone steals his lines....and Edwards and Obama can continue looking really really great on TV and speaking about war and such...when in reality they know very little about it.....nor about what to really do.

Geeze!

9. Just let him be a Senator
Can we go a few days without trying to harvest our newest Senators for a Presidential ticket? Obama is still a relatively new guy, and yet he's running. I would rather keep Webb (and Tester, McCaskill, and others who won in red to purple states in 2006) in the Senate.

11. You know Obama has a pretty good resume too, he's not just
somebody who is in his second year as a US Senator.

13. LOL - this thing about "experience" cracks me up.
Freakin Boosh has "experience"! You want HIM back?

I didn't think so.

State or national "experience" sometimes had very little to do with LIFE experience that creates the right outlook and talents we might need in the next 4-8 years.
