One third of the Iraqi population needs emergency aid because of the humanitarian crisis
caused by war and ongoing violence, according to a new report. Around 8 million Iraqis are
in urgent need of water, sanitation, food and shelter, a joint report released today by
Oxfam and the NGO Coordination Committee in Iraq said.

The document said that although armed violence is the greatest threat facing Iraqis, the population
is also experiencing another crisis of "an alarming scale and severity".

9. I was shocked at that Press Conference he held this a.m. He was most relaxed I've ever seen him

..he didn't flub up his speech and he looked like he was "On top of the World" and this is after he was just called out for his Iran War Mongering by the new NIE Report! I just kept looking at his crazy laughing and joking with the "Lap Dog Press" and where he was talking about CNN's Candy Crowley infecting the whole AF-1 with a Virus...where the Lap Press laughed and chortled and he said "You all could get off the plane but I had to stay on it with that respiratory infection," and they all laughed again!

He rattled and prattled on and on never making any of his usual gaffe's and mispeaks. He looked as if there was not a cloud in the sky in Bushworld.

Is this total psychopathic behavior? Or, is he so glad a deal has been made with Dems not to IMPEACH that's he now looking forward to only a year more "serving Poppy's Memory" and then he can get back to going to his beloved "Rangers" games where he will get many cheers while he rakes in money as "consultant" for Poppy's "Carlyle Group."

I'm hoping to see him in a new War Crimes Trial...but wtf...that will never happen.
