Condi's peace talks and the revelation that Iran ain't so nuclear, are part of a plan (IMHO) to lower oil prices by lowering the tensions in the ME. Lower oil prices will let Bernanke lower interest rates, which will help the economy and the mortgage crisis for the 2008 election year. Also, look for more troops coming home from Iraq than expected.
