1. Was the "Any soldier" mail service restored at Walter Reed?

At the beginning of this year I read that it had been suspended, ostensibly because there wasn't enough manpower to process anonymous mail, but others suspected it was punishment because soldiers complained to the press about the condition of the hospital.

Got this from a VN vet in a Vet's hospital.....

3. Oh no, don't think that. But, the program is offline according to the website.

I just wrote to the "Commander's Blog" asking if the program was on. I'll report back with any response...

More digging on the site found more bad news. Beneath a cheery looking button was a PDF memo saying that the program IS NOT in place; your cards and letters WILL NOT BE DELIVERED
