The worm has turned...there has been a shift in the force...whatever.

Hillary's inevitability train seems to have run of steam.

I'll own this "feeling" has been a relatively recent phenomenon; but it feels damn good.

Are you more confident now (compared to a few months ago) that Hillary will not be the Democratic nominee?

1. I'm not going to let my guard down....
I'm more hopeful, yes...but, not enough to keep working to defeat her.

2. This is a golden opportunity for the anti-Hillarites to clean up their act. It's never too late.

3. More things have become more clear recently.
All of us MUST hang-in there in a positive way, no matter what happens. We're all we've got.

4. I think she probably will be, but she'll be given a good run for her money
Which is always a good thing, whether you are for her or against her. A competitive race produces a stronger candidate in the end.

I still predict Hillary - Romney. Yawn. But, this is America, you know.

5. hillary`s guru ,mark penn ,has failed miserably compared to
david axelrod who`s in charge of barrack`s campaign. like it or not getting oprah on board these last few days makes his appearances better than anything hillary has done so far. if i were hillary, penn would be fired tomorrow . hillary supporters need only ask why gore fired penn. did that hurt gore? no it did`t, he won the presidency.

6. Optimistic? What an odd choice of words.
We're all on the same team. Although I definitely have my druthers about the nominee, I'll welcome any Dem candidate.

Of all the Dem candidates, she represents the status quo better than anyone. Real change does not include anything to to with a Clinton (unless she's appointed to a cabinet post).

That being said, of course we are on the same team! Though I'll advocate to please...do NOT make the mistake of giving the Dems another Dukakis-like election defeat with Hillary as our nominee. I'm voting Dems regardless - though it seems Obama and Edwards stock is rising (thankfully), while Hillary's is on the decline. I'll work to defeat Hillary up to the moment she's our nominee - which I think is less likely every day.

peace~ :)

11. At the tip-off in a college hoops game, there's a moment when the ball
is in ascent and no one in an arena of 20 thousand people has any idea where the ball will wind up, or in which team's posession.

The Iowa caucus in mid-December is a lot like that moment.

While her polling is down some from early November, say, we don't know if that reflects dissatisfaction with the candidate or if other candidates' efforts have been more vigorous or persuasvie, or if media coverage is skewed this way or that, or if it's just the natural December tightening of a political race like Iowa's when the level of attention the race gets rises exponentially.

It could be some, or all, of those things.

Still too early.

17. The childish behavior will cause a backlash, I doubt she'll do no
more than 2 or 3 in Iowa. Voters want smart and adult, not whiny and argumentative.
