3. No kidding. Took the Vancouver police a long enough time to start

a taskforce. Our most vulnerable women also need all the help they can get to stay safe. I took a course once where they compared street prostitutes to brothel ones in Kenya during colonialism. The brothel were safe places, as safe as is possible, and they were the ones shut down by the authorities they say because the owners (women) were becoming well off and the colonial authorities didn't like that.

We should have a discussion in Canada about protitution now. If not now then when?

And we need a better way of detecting & controlling psychopaths. I think they are on that.
