10. GM and Firestone tires and probably a few others were in cahoots

to destroy the street cars and to promote the automobile. They systematically got "their own" on city councils throughout the country's major cities to ensure they got their way. How different and how much further along the way we would have been if someone (anyone) had stood up to them.

Probably better than 'Inconvenient Truth' in my estimation in that it covers a subject of which many are unaware. That is, that practical/affordable EV's are possible with today's technology.
