Perjury, obstruction of Congress, obstruction of justice...
....and what other crimes did Professor Turley enumerate in the CIA tapes destruction? He noted two or three others on Olbermann's show tonight.

1. Several more...I think the important thing here is they didn't
destroy those tapes in isolation...they got the order from somewhere.....hmmm....it either came from * but more likely Cheney....

This is getting very interesting.....they have more and more damaging crimes coming out against them...they have past the point of being sloppy...they are inundated......unraveling faster than a ball of yarn rolling down a steep hill...

is looking forward not back.

I do not know what HRC says about this... I hope that the world holds the bush admin accountable if the Congress won't. I hope war crimes tribunals are opened and the upper echelons of our Govt are "guests" in the Hague. And that includes the bush admin and ALL enablers. Enablers are in my view any dems who knew the govt was torturing people - and yet didn't speak out and did nothing to stop it.

5. Read the Geneva Convention...
if the offending government doesn't charge the torturers, the international community is obligated to...not exact words, but that's the gist of it.

8. yes, let's all bow down to the great Turley
Am I the only one that remembers what a cheerleader Turley was for Ken Starr and the effort to impeach Clinton? Did no one else see the love letter that Turley wrote in memory of Henry Hyde a couple of weeks ago? If you think Turley doesn't have an agenda, and that his agenda is inimical to the interests of Democrats, you are very very naieve.
