This applies to both sides of the aisle in our pathetically limited choices.
I was reading about money and Kucinich in the other post, and we all need to come to the realization that it is likely that the people who collect the most money are the least likely to actually hold the interests of all people in mind. Certainly this is true of corporate money, and to some extent, money in general.
It'd also be great if we could ever get the poor to understand that they have the most to lose by not voting. Get out and vote, no matter what, no matter how depressed, if you have to skip work for a day, no matter what conditions you suffer from, get out and pull that lever for the guy you want.
I guess this is something like stating the obvious, but still, these are points that need to be made repeatedly.
