One of the Democrats who voted "NO" was Jim McDermott (D-WA). He was protesting *'s veto of SCHIP.

7. Dems do not want to end the US Occupation of Iraq.

Dems & Repugs want to keep the Fiasco going Dems want to keep it going for their benefit of the '08 Elections & also want that Oil Deal to be finalized.
