Coast Guard assessment... New Orleans is still a disgusting mess.

I was talking to a man who checked into the hotel, and he is in the Coast Guards... stationed in New Orleans. He's here to get away (used to be stationed in Tampa)... Anyway, he says its still really bad and its disgusting. He also says most of the city isn't worth saving because its sinking so fast. "some of it just needs to keep on sinking into the sea".. He's such a nice guy and a gentleman.. Man if I wasn't married...
